Dealing with living room disruption

Challenge:

A large Pay TV provider is facing declining subscriber numbers, ever-increasing competition within a mature marketplace and changes in the way people consume video.

Solution:

Conduct a cross-country in-home ethnographic study of how people consume video entertainment. Then, develop new personas and videos to inspire internal teams while developing a filtering tool and overall architecture for the personas to make the process easier.
