Building a great relationship

Challenge:

A smartphone operating system needed to build long-term relationships, but as an ingredient brand, it faced carrier and hardware brands seeking to do the same thing.

Solution:

Create an extra touchpoint to deepen owner engagement and act as a home for the brand on the phone itself. By mapping audience needs over time and using social listening and CRM data to identify pain points and problems, we prioritized a feature set that added value for all levels and kinds of users.
