Responding to rising mobile expectations
The rapid increase in smartphone usage and constant connectivity from multiple devices had been proven, but the consumer effects and implications for brands were still murky. Clients were asking questions and looking for guidance.
I developed and analyzed a survey that confirmed expectations for mobile brand experiences are rising. From there I led the effort to create an agency approach and response framework to shifting mobile expectations that’s been used across multiple businesses and pitches.
Used across 10+ pitch opportunities and 3 existing businesses resulting in significant growth and increased agency visibility in client organizations.
